Before committing, it's worth checking the company's basics: registration date, scope of business, whether it's a VAT payer, and its current status. When you reserve a company through the form, we hold it for you so no one else can take it in the meantime. After reservation we prepare the transfer agreement and arrange everything with a notary, who legally certifies the handover. The exact scope and set of documents you'll need is clarified with you individually, because it depends on the company type, VAT status, and the current state of entries in the register. If you'd rather start from scratch, you can also set up a new company tailored to you, and we'll guide you through that path just as carefully.
